1. Santova Limited (SNV:JSE)
Over the last 3 months, Santova repurchased shares to the value of 3.1% of their total market cap.
2. Pick n Pay Stores Limited (PIK:JSE)
Allan Gray has purchased Pick n Pay shares and owns 10.1% of the company.
3. Shoprite Holdings Limited (SHP:JSE)
Total Group: 13.9% growth, consisting of supermarkets RSA, supermarkets non-RSA, furniture, and other operating segments.
Supermarkets RSA:
14.6% Growth (contributing 80.5% to Group sales).
SHP extended uninterrupted market share gains for 58 months.
Net 285 stores added in the past 12 months, totaling 2,237 stores.
4. Pan African Resources PLC (PAN:JSE)
The average cost of production is $1,300 whilst the average Gold price received: is US$1,961/oz.
Gold production grew by 6.7%.
5. Transaction Capital Limited (TCP:JSE)
Transaction Capital is exploring the unbundling of its shareholding in WeBuyCars.
Unbundling involves a pro rata distribution of WeBuyCars (WBC) shares to Transaction Capital shareholders.
WBC shares will be simultaneously listed on the Main Board of the JSE.
