  • Transaction Capital is exploring the unbundling of its shareholding in WeBuyCars.

  • Unbundling involves a pro rata distribution of WeBuyCars (WBC) shares to Transaction Capital shareholders.

  • WBC shares will be simultaneously listed on the Main Board of the JSE.
