Woolworths Holdings Limited
Intends to acquire 93.45% of the shares in privately-owned pet retailer Absolute Pets (Proprietary) Limited.
Absolute Pets was established in 2005 and has become South Africa’s leading specialist pet care retailer, with over 150 stores nationwide.
Renergen Limited
Revenue increased from R1.2 million (August 2022) to R23.8 million (August 2023).
Headline loss per share worsened by 54.9% to 29.91 cents.
Production of Liquid Helium is expected to commence before the end of the calendar year.
SA InBev
Revenue increased by 5.0% in 3Q23.
EPS was $0.86 in 3Q23, an increase from $0.84 in 3Q22.

In 1949, Frank McNamara, a businessman from Diners Club, was frustrated by having to carry around a wad of cash when he went out to eat. He pitched the idea of a single card that could be used to pay at different restaurants, and Diners Club was born. The first Diners Club cards were made of cardboard and stamped with a member's name and account number.
